Service Description

Using The Biomechanics Method for Corrective Exercise (https://www.thebiomechanicsmethod.com), we start with a postural and movement assessment, discovering areas in your body that may need more strength, flexibility or mobility. We will then design a program that fits your schedule, space and equipment. It will include a combination of myofascial release, stretching and strengthening exercises, functional movements and core strengthening. You can expect to feel less pain and tension, better posture and breathing patterns, more mobility and improved strength.These workouts will be combined with a nutritional plan and lifestyle changes based on your goals, and through behavioral coaching techniques, I will help you stay on track.
